SECURE DELIVERY & DATA-MEDIA DESTRUCTION

Sensitive equipment. A clear plan for its next move.

Delivering drives to an authorized recipient or retiring data-bearing equipment? Start with the purpose, the media and the people involved. Werner helps you work through the requirements for delivery or direct data-media destruction.

SECURE DELIVERY & DATA-MEDIA DESTRUCTION

A next step for sensitive equipment.

High-security white-glove delivery

Drives, SSDs and data or telecom components need a delivery plan that reflects their sensitivity. Discuss pickup, receiving access, authorized contacts and the handling you need at each handoff.

Start with the equipment type, quantity and timing. Work through your security and documentation requirements with the team before agreeing the delivery arrangements.

Retirement & media destruction

Werner performs data-media destruction directly. When drives or other data-bearing components are ready for retirement, discuss what needs to be destroyed, who can authorize the work and your requested handling and documentation.

Review drives, SSDs, memory modules and telecom components individually. Ordinary RAM differs from persistent storage; the component type and retirement requirements shape the conversation.

START WITH THE HIGH-LEVEL DETAILS

The right conversation before the handoff.

Share a summary, not the data itself. The team will work through operational details with you before any delivery or destruction is agreed.

Do not include passwords, drive contents, asset serial lists or sensitive files in your request. This website prepares an unsent email draft; it does not order or carry out destruction.
